PATCH (Re: Konqueror and multiple submit buttons)

Left as is however konq doesn't even emulate IE's bugs properly.  IE
with multiple submit buttons and multiple text areas still submits the
first submit buttons value when enter is pressed konq does not.  I also
don't see how when you submit a form with a single text box that
submitting the value of the submit button is going to break any pages. 
In most cases it will just be ignored, unless you know of a specific
example you can point me to?
