[PATCH] konqueror, the sidebar and mouse-over

I am currently working on a konqsidebar plugin for metainfo and previews. I 
want to display the file info not only when it is selected in another view, 
but also when the user moves the mouse over it.
This is the needed patch to make konqueror and its listview and iconview 
support this. Could someone please review it?

Would it be a good idea to move the 'emit setStatusBarText' into the 
emitMouseOver method of KonqDirPart?

PS: The third file contains the patch for my sidebar plugin in kdenonbeta, 
just in case someone wants to test if it really works ;)
