Random colours in KHTML

I noticed this last night at home (where I *can* build KDE). Unfortunately
the test case is typed from memory but it's short so hopefully I got it
right. The background colour comes out random (changes each time you refresh
- reading from uninitialised memory?). I know the HTML is slightly dodgy but
I've seen it in the real world (in an old copy of the jargon file).

Oh, and CC-me-I'm-not-on-this-list-please.
