It's better if you open bug report on bugs.kde.org. Otherwise your report can 
be lost.
Note that you can't send attachment in *initial* bug report, as 'package' 
field will not be recognized when mail has attachment.
So, you need to open a bug and then send testcase to respective BugNo.
