Test case: OnMouseOver/onmouseout CSS style change behavior inverted

Hi..

Attached is a testcase extracted from www.haaretzdaily.com; the mouse over/out 
changing off CSS style as if the meanings of the attributes are reversed -- 
i.e. onmouseout is triggered during onmouseover, and vice versa,

P.S. In general -- should test cases go here, or to bugs.kde.org?
