Changing "[object APPLET]" to "[object APPLET ref=n,m]"

Hi,

The http://developer.netscape.com/docs/examples/java/hitman.html hitman
LiveConnect example does some inter applet communication.

An applet iterates of JS document.applets and expects an Applet, not
a JSObject, to return.

I have a patch that does this, but it changes the JS toString for an
applet. Are there objections for doing so? (Same for other referenced Java
objects, but that currently broken)
