Fixing a CSS bug in Konqueror (44932)

Hi list,

I'm trying to fix a CSS bug in Konqueror 
(http://bugs.kde.org/db/44/44932.html).
I think I have figured out the cause of the problem. So, if someone 
could point me to the files,
which handle CSS :hower pseudo-class, I will try to fix it.

In short, the problem is that Konqueror applies the pseudo-class :hower 
also to non-anchor elements,
like <font>, which is not correct. Following page produces such bug:
