UK government compatibility standard

Hi,

I have received an important inquiry re: Konqueror compliance with the
UK government compatibility standard.  I was informed that the UK
Government Gateway site only guarantees to support browsers
from IE4.01 and Netscape 4.08 and subsequent, and that Mozilla currently
does not meet the guidelines.

Anyone have knowledge about this, or willing to investigate?
