I was under impression that we were speaking about some corporate (Intranet) 
page, which required solution

On the other hand:
If there are web pages where Konq crashes - may be, first priority canbe to 
fix thos epages?
I have closed some crash-related bugs, but it seems there are still many web 
pages where Konq crashes...

And you can try  testcase with two equal id's in Mozilla.
It will dispaly *nothing*. 
Hope Konq does the same with HTML4-Strict or XHTML1-Strict, right? :-)
