Inverted widget colors again

Well, the drawing of all sorts of widgets that can be used in html is also a 
problem. Sometimes the webpage designer defines colors for these widgets, but 
only partly, resulting in unreadable buttons, combos, textedits etc as well. 
Furthermore there's also the link color problem. I still think we need to be 
able to configure all these colors within khtml, so one can use global 
inverted colors but still be able to browse the world with khtml using the 
colors everybody assumes you are using (non-inverted).
