Sidebar extension (Re: tabbed browsing bugs)

I've committed a few changes to konqueror and the browserview.desktop file to 
make the sidebar  usable again with or without tabbed browsing.

There is a new property in the browserview.desktop file: 
X-KDE-BrowserView-FollowActive, which is now used by the sidebar

If a view contains a  FollowActive part, that one is always updated, if the 
"current" view changes the url ( makeViewsFollow() ).

If the content of the FollowActive view emits an openURL that call is 
automatically redirected the the currently active view.
