The page is http://timegate.com/kis/downloads.html

The scrollbar has weird colors in Konqueror but not in IE.
This is because the <style> section is commented out with '//'

In this case, it is not very important.
But this may be use in other pages where the difference will be more 
dramatic. That's why I submited the patch.
