Thanks for your interest in Kexi :)
Kexi supports one-to-many relationships that can be defined in Table
Designer, I explain it here:

Once a combo box work in tabular view, you can assign the column to a
combo box widget in form and it'll automatically use the definition
made in Table Designer.
The info did not find its way to the Handbook
