I admit that a good tool for deployment can be the database switchboard form, 
(example http://www.techonthenet.com/access/switchboard/create.php). Kexi does 
not yet provide such thing -- there are the following features related:
- autostart objects
    (already available via command line options --open, --design, --edittext,
    see also http://kexi-project.org/wiki/wikiview/index.php?CommandLineOptions
    )
- user (final) mode, hidding most of the "designers", simply making the db 
project (or part of it?) read-only (while data is still read-write)
