[Kexi] Kexi Help Won't Appear

How did you installed Kexi?  By packages, or from source?

If from source, it's there's a trick you need for Debian/(K)Ubuntu.
If from packages, then as Jaroslaw says, check you are actually using a 
version that has a manual.
