You may want to:
- use the http://docs.kde.org/development/en/koffice/kexi/index.html online 
(the advantage: it will be updated) or;
- use wget or other similar tool to retrieve the html for offline use or;
- NEW! get http://docs.kde.org/development/en/koffice/kexi/kexi.pdf
