Hi,
I guess that the syntax used here to declare exception instance is
relatively old, if i guess, it belongs to python 2.4(on comparing from the
documentation given here: https://docs.python.org/2.4/tut/node10.html ).
In python 2.7 and 3.5, the exception is written as: from :
