[Kexi-devel] Removing code of "Kexi Relation Design Shape" for now?

+1 for removal and placing it in OBSOLETE.md with a proper reference
to the newest version of this code prior to removal. Such tools aimed
at skilled users have to be reasonably  integrated, 'nice enough'.
Placing in OBSOLETE.md will let someone to take over the task in the
future.
