Creating a launch configuration

Hi,
I have a question about creating a launch configuration. Right now, I use
the following command in terminal without any problem:

export CUDA_VERSION="11.2"; export CUDA_VISIBLE_DEVICES="0" ;
LD_PRELOAD=/home/mahmood/tool/tr.so python3 /home/mahmood/pt/main.py

As you can see, prior to the executable, I have some variables which I
don't know where to add in the launch configuration.
Any suggestions?
