Disappointment trying to runt kdevelop 5 in opensuse 13.2 environment

KCrash... interesting... when I go to the opensuse (all versions)
distribution looking to install a version of KCrash I see rpm's to install
source code. Your remarks would make me believe that there is a kcrash
library to be installed.
To make a long story short I installed from YaST2 kcrash-debugsource and
kcrash-develop and that fixed my problem under openSusE 13.2

Now that I have kdevelop 5.00 working under openSuSE 13.2 I can say that
the method AppImage
"

wget -O KDevelop.AppImage
http://download.kde.org/stable/kdevelop/5.0.0/bin/linux/KDevelop-5.0.0-1-x86_64.AppImage
chmod +x KDevelop.AppImage
./KDevelop.AppImage

"

relative to the openSuse 13.2 unstable package found at "
https://build.opensuse.org/package/show?project=home%3Awolfi323%3Abranches%3AKDE%3AFrameworks5&package=kdevelop5"
it is not as reactive to my mouaw clicks on stuff.... anyway now that I
have the proper version kcrash installed a peculiar bug has gone away with
respect to the AppImage version
eg.
Settings==>Configure Kdevelop==>Editor==>Fonts & Colors
Then choose the schema "Solarized (dark)"

would screw-up the layout of the kdevelop 5..... anyway I can no longer
replicate the problem...

Thanks for the heads up about KCrash
Michael
