Kdevelop 5 build issue on the latest cygwin

All my research so far would tend to agree with you that my problems have
something to do with static libraries.

Keep in mind that I cannot use git to pull the  latest branch.

However if you can give me the URL to pull/create a download of a
compressed file I would appreciate it.
