If you don't use a project manager you manually have to configure all
include paths. Re-open the project with the CMake project manager (just
select CMakeLists.txt from Project->Open/Import) and it should work.

Only if you actually _use_ the component which does that, i.e. the cmake
project manager ;)

Yes probably KDevelop 4 only shows Qt4 docs. It is quite old.
