Kdevelop 4 vs. 3.5

Hi,

you should really use KDevelop 4.7.2. A lot has improved since 2011, and
talking about issues of software which is 4 years old does not really help.

Re. scrolling speed: that should not be the case. Do you use KDevelop
over a network (remote X11)?
