Qt(4) documentation

Something else I've been noticing recently is that KDevelop no longer finds the Qt headers and documentation. Needless to say they haven't moved ...
It helps sometimes to toggle the "Load Qt documentation" switch in the documentation settings off and back on, but never for long.
Adding the relevant .qch files explicitly also doesn't seem to provide a lasting solution.

Any idea what might be the problem here?
