kdevelop as IDE for Adruino

Hy.
a few days ago I bought an Arduino Uno. But the IDE from the Arduio Site 
is a bit mingy. So I desided to use kdevelop as alternate IDE.
In the documentation I read:

Create a new external script in kdevelop, you can name it "Compile and 
upload Arduino" and put the following command:

     make TARGET=%b all upload
---

How can I create an external script in kdevelop?
