Working sets - are broken?

HEllo, all.

I am using the git master from about a week.
The working sets processing seems to be broken. It arbitrary forgets 
about my working sets, which I explicitly created, instead it creates 
its own sets.
Often I see the first place after the delimiter empty - no set 
designated. Restart removes this "empty" set, but it seems to me that it 
is goes together with my second WS I defined.
It is difficult to catch something more specific, as the behavior 
changes without notice...:-)

Do somebody observe something similar?
