Unable to debug in MAC

Hi,
the kdevelop gdb plugin is not compiled on mac.
I don't know the exact reason - maybe this is even outdated and could
be enabled again.
(check the cmake file)
as I don't have a mac where I could try this out I can't do anything
else about it.
But we accept patches :D
