Custom Project Templates

I was reading here:
http://techbase.kde.org/Projects/KDevelop4/File_template_specification#Example_template_template 

So I whipped myself up a simple html5 template to see how it worked but cannot 
find the Get More Templates option as described there to install it, am I 
missing something?
