Bah, sorry Milian. This is not an issue. I have KDE 4.11.3 and it looks like the mirror that my
system uses for KDE 4.11 (chosen by download.opensuse.org) has yet to sync with the main build
service. KDE 4.11.4 is available, I just need to wait.
