Open-With Plugin : how to delete saved settings

Hi,

I once selected an app for opening files with some extension.
But it seems impossible to undo it now.

I would like those files to be opened as plain text in Kdevelop but they
keep opening in the app I once selected.

Is there a way to clean up that setting. The only workaround as of now is
to disable the plugin everytime a new session starts.
