Unable to set xdebug/php launcher.

now it works :)

I thought about that X-KDevelop-Version you wrote, maybe it's limiting
which plugins kdevelop loads.
Changed manualy

share/kde4/services/kdevexecutebrowser.desktop
share/kde4/services/kdevxdebug.desktop

to X-KDevelop-Version=14

and now it work :)
