No idea which distro you're using, but if there's no -dev package you
can't use okteta packages and will have to build it from source. No need
to use svn for that, a release tarball should be enough
(download.kde.org). If you run into problems building kdesdk the
kde-devel mailinglist or the okteta maintainer may be able to help.
