problem building Quanta

I use it almost every day, it was a real pain when I lost quanta and started
using kdevelop for my web work until I found out how to get the plugin, when
it broke it was back to a real pain.
I consider it indispensable for my work, I do a lot of php/html/javascript
develop locally and then publish remotely using sftp in most cases with your
upload plugin.
If it were a standalone plugin that could be easy for myself and those who
might use it to install I would be forever grateful.
