some binary files in every folder

Hi,
In the project window (that shows the files), I have noticed some binary
files in each directory. Some of them are:
CTAGS
GTAGS
ID
all
clean-am
dvi
info
info-am
install
install-am
mostlyclean
mostlyclean-am
tags
tags-recursive
.....

They are shown in every folder which is annoying. However from the nautilus
or terminal I don't see these files. Any idea about them? Are they created
by kdevelop?
