Missing menubar in Xubuntu

I don't have any menubar in freshly installed kdevelop 4.2.3 . am I touch
wrong shoetcut that hides my menubar, I think there was a shortcut key in
Kdevelop 3.5 ( I think Right_alt+M) that hide kdevelop menubar.
