Attention: Branching 4.1 / Master will depend on KDE 4.5

Hey all,

just wanted to remind you that I will branch KDevelop 4.1 now according to our 
release schedule [1] and merge movingrange branches into trunk soonish 
afterwards.

This means:

1) Hard Feature freeze for 4.1 branch
2) master will depend on MovingRange in Kate, meaning KDE 4.5 and above

For last minute objections, ping me on IRC.
