Where's KDevelop 4's Automake Manager?

I have been struggling for several days to make kdevelop 4 run and
debug a program without ever seeing the program's window or being able
to debug it! I also searched the internet for help without success.

How do I run and debug a program in kdevelop 4 as it is proving
impossible for me?

Thanks.
