call for help (junior jobs!): Add tooltips, improve usability!

Some questions & Suggestions:

Do this from trunk?

Where abouts do we set hints? in the code? language files?

Submit patches to the list?


Might be an idea if people where assigned a dialog to work on, to prevent 
overlapping of efforts
