call for help (junior jobs!): Add tooltips, improve usability!

Hey all,

I'd like you all to make sure each widget has a useful tooltip to make it 
easier for new comers to grasp what our buttons and widgets are doing.

This is really simple, anyone could help with e.g.: "widget xyz needs tooltip 
like ASDF" kind of comments or even by writing the patches yourself.
