List of changes, main features and other information

Hi all,

RC1 will be soon and I want to create a overview of KDevelop4 fro russian users.
It will also invite people for testing and using KDevelop4.

So, my question is: can someone write a list of main features of
KDevelop 4.0 as a
separate product and as a follower of KDevelop3 (comparing to it)?

Also it will be a good information for newsmakers of different
websites for the moment of release.
