Last plea - solved!

Hura!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Problem solved!!!!

The home directory DOES need to be restored!!!!

I mean, when I copied from backups my ~/.kde/share/.... directory it worked - 
now kdevelop-3.5.5 look fine - normal fonts everywhere and all sizes now are 
as they should be!!!
