Hello.

I decided to rebuild everything from the beginning.
O, God Almighty, now it almost works empty ".kde" directory.

There are some small details left:

1. The menu and windows fonts (not the code itself) are of some weird kind and 
I do not know how to change them. The font inside editor is changeable and OK.

2. "Configure shortcuts" does it job, but only for the current session.it 
forgets them.
