KDevelop 4.0.0 tarballs uploaded

Hi,

I just finished uploading the first set of tarballs for KDevelop 4.0.0,
KDevPlatform 1.0.0, KDevelop-PHP 1.0.0 and KDevelop-PHP-Docs 1.0.0. They
should be available from the mirrors soon under:

http://download.kde.org/stable/kdevelop/4.0.0/src

Please test them as much as you can and report any problems with the
tarballs to kdevelop-devel at kdevelop dot org (as I'll be offline at
most of friday) so they get fixed asap.

Official release date (including announcement on the dot) is Saturday
May 1st, so anything reported thereafter will not be in the release.

@KDevelop users: Make sure to watch planetkde and our mailinglists in
case I need to do a silent update of the packages.
