Moving kdevplatform,kdevelop and quanta to extragear

Hi,

Just a note of caution that (hopefully) the two kdevelop modules and
kdewebdev/quanta will move soon to extragear/sdk. I'll send out a mail
once the move has been executed. To switch to the new place once the
move has been done you can use this command:

svn switch --relocate https://svn.kde.org/home/kde/trunk/extragear/sdk/<modulename> 

for authorized access or replaces https://svn with svn://anonsvn for
non-authorized access.
