Formatting php & c++ in kdevelop 4

Unfortunately they dont according to their websites. :-( I just
presumed astyle would support it.  Looking around I havent easily
found a formatter for php. There are a few out there but are far to
basic to be used regularly. I will have to be more rigorous when
coding php.
