Hmm, well one reason would be an upgrade of libdb or something similar
(dunno how the Berkley DB package is called in Fedora). And its also
kind of ok to happen only after reboot, as the new library would've been
loaded after the upgrade only after all apps using the "older" version
have been exited. So if you didn't restart kdevelop before the reboot or
some other app you had running used berkley db its quite natural that
the problem only occured after the reboot.
