I use the last snapshot which reports version 3.5.0.6.

Yes, the problem looks similar. 
It was solved after deleting the file .kde/share/apps/kdevcppsupport/pcs.

Just do not understand why? There was no change in kdevelop for about 2-3 
weeks, the only thing was an upgrade via yum yesterday. Upgrade was in dorm 
state till reboot, which occurred actually today's morning, when everything 
stopped to work.
