Beginner questions

Hi, is it possible to jump to the definition or declaration of a class 
by typing it out somewhere?  The name isn't present in any of the open 
files, so I can't use the right-click approach.  I'd just like to type 
it out somewhere, a la ctrl-shift-t in Eclipse.

Same question for other types of things (functions, methods, fields, 
files, etc.).

Also, do things automatically refresh when files are updated externally?
