Ok, so that works. However there's another disturbing error message, it
says that the newly created file is older than the existing ones, which
indicates a problem with your system clock.

Not sure what you mean with Environment. KDevelop has no special
buildsystem of its own, instead it uses existing Buildsystems like
automake/autoconf, qmake or custom makefiles and just adds a GUI to
manage the buildsystem files for these.
