importing a project

The KDevelop verions is 3.3.5 and is running under kDE 3.5.5 in Fedora Core 6
in a recently formatted system. All the packages installed on this computer
are from fedora core 6 and all fedora updates have been applied.

I have noticed a similar behavior on similar KDevelop versions on other
systems with RHEL4, which is KDevelop 3.3.3 I believe.

If I recall, these other systems also got to about 50% and their issues were
with subversion (which I dont use, but which seems to install by default with
RHEL4).

This u-boot project is using the production source code for the embedded linux
bootloader from denx.de. It is a project that is well behaved. It's just that
KDevelop cannot seem to deal with it.

I admit that this is a cross compilation project, so maybe KDevelop needs to
understand ARCH=pp, CROSS_COMPILE=ppc_85xx- and other environment variables.

Perhaps someone could help me understand how cross compilation notions are
used within KDevelop.

Charles
